Count of years for EU citizen

I'm a EU citizen and moved to Ireland in January 2015. At the end of January 2019 I moved to the US for work and was physically out of Ireland until end of April 2019 (so only 3 months). I was under a US contract between February and June, and switched back to an Irish contract from July. I have a few questions:

-how I should calculate my 5-year residency? Can I apply now based on the full tax year residency in Ireland for 2019 or which month should I wait until?
-should I add my US address for the 3 months I was in the US or my Irish residency address? According to US law, I did not become an official resident in the US.
