Court Bundle (No right of appeal but was given hearing date)

Post by jilly cooper » Thu Jul 10, 2008 4:00 pm

I am having an AIT hearing, although HO said I don't have the right to appeal. My dilemma now is how to make a bundle. Anyone who has been in this position or how to do a bundle?

Thoughts / suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Ta!

What was the refusal for - need actual para & act etc from the letter.

AIT are very poor at sifting out appeal applications that have no right of appeal. So do not get your hopes up. If you go to the hearing & HO turn up in court they will point to the error - end of hearing - bye bye...... simple as that.
