Court Summon & Court Judgement Difference

Hi All I am applying for ILR on 10 years Basis in Jan 2016. I had Court Summon This January for outstanding payment with credit card. But it has been settled.

I have no CCJ or anything, All I want to ask you is, In the form they have asked for Court Judgement details.

So Do You think I need to mention about this Summon? or do I need to worry? (though I don't have any Judgement)
