Criminal Conviction

Hello,

I know of a Canadian National who is wanting to apply for Tier 4 Student Visa to enter the UK.

Problem is he has a criminal Conviction, 'Fraud'.

Would this be problematic in him entering the UK?

It depends upon many things like seriousness of crime, futher personal circumstances etc. Nobody can say anything exactly until you apply and get decision in hand.
