Criminal record check for spouse dependant who have lived in the UK for 12 months or more in last 10 years

Post by kasimuosumah » Sun Nov 24, 2019 9:35 pm

Dear all,

I am faced with a question about providing a criminal record certificate for my spouse from the UK. She had previously lived here for 2 years and gone back home. She has been away for some time now.

I am in the UK and about to apply for her to join me. How can she get a criminal record certificate from the UK when she does not reside here?

Why do you believe your wife needs to provide a criminal record certificate (DBS) :?:
(Casa, not CR001)
