Critical Work Permit and Short or Long Stay Visa Application

Hi All,

i recently got a workpermit to work in Ireland, looking forward to take my family along with me during first entry to ireland.

I would need your suggestion in understanding - what type of Visa I should apply first - 1. Short Stay or 2. Long Stay (D) visa. And then how do I get it extended for long stay?

Both you and your family should apply for Long Stay (D-type) visas.
