Hi everyone,

currently on a the Youth Mobility Scheme working for a company that would like to sponsor me beyond the 2 years. I know I have to go home and apply for the visa there. HR is saying they have to wait til the end of my 2 Year YMS to do this, but I don't think that is correct, surely they can assign a COS and do RLMT at any time and I can just go home and complete application before this 2 year's finishes?

Can anyone advise on this?
