This still does not answer my question. Have you been studying.

If your father is refusing to sponsor you and you are looking for ways of applying in your own right, i need a full details of your personal circumstance, to see if you can apply in your own rights.

Being working forsome time now does not answer my question, neither does it help your situation.

Try and gather as much evidence from him as possible, that he is exercising treaty rights in the UK. If you can show that he has been with you in the UK for 5 years exercising treaty right, you could manage to secure PR, without his passport, although they normally require this.

Perhaps you could have a chat with him and plead for assistance.

You cannot retain your rights of residence, as he has not left the UK or died, and you are not in education, orundertaking vocational courses.
