Date to apply ilr

Hello,
I entered the Uk on 30th march 2018 as the partner of a settled person ( 5 yrs route)
The expiry date on my current BRP is September 2023
My question is when shall i submit ilr application 28 days before 30th march 2023 or September 2023?
please advise thanks in advance.

Within 28 days of completing your 60 months in the UK, counting from the first date of arrival to the UK. Your visa expiry is irrelevant

Based on the entry date provided, you have been eligible to apply sin 2nd March 2023.
Endeavour to apply before expiration of current leave.
