Eu date passed but has children

X an Atalian citizen along with her 3 children aged 8, 7 and 3 arrived uk on April 2022. All had EU Italian passports.

X's dad was an EU citizen and has been living and working in Uk for 5 years with settled status.

X applied on the basis of her dad's status within a month of arrival. All children were granted pre settled status in July 2022. But x application was rejected for missing documents.

They have some family issues and dad separated from her mother left x and children with mother who also has pre settled status.

X again applied a couple of time on basis of her mother's status but evertime refused.

Now the date for eu citizen regularisation is passed and she can no more apply .

X and her children now living with grandmother who also in receipt of child benefit for these children. The grandmother also applied for universal credit for children and waiting for outcome.

What are x chances on basis of children.
