Date of Spouse/family visa application submission, date of payment or Biometrics?

Sorry if this question has been asked before.

I have applied for family visa to join my husband who is in the UK. I applied on 29/03/24 but my biometrics are on 16/04/24. I understand the salary threshold is increasing on 11/04/24.
I am confused as to what date would be the date of application submission?
When I was submitting the payment/IHS on 29/03/24 the form mentioned I need to have £18,600. Would this still be the case even though my biometrics are after 11th April or I am safe?

For all UK applications the application date is when you submit/pay online - the biometrics date is not relevant for this.
If you applied before the changes kick in the you should be under the old rules.
