Days for challenge by Home Office

Post by maniani » Wed Jan 28, 2015 3:24 pm

Dear forums members

I want to know that how many days do Home Office have to challenge the decision of Judge for allowed spouse visa appeal. We won on 9 January. So i want to know is it 14 days or 28 days for them to appeal the decision?
