I started my bank statement on 16th January 2010 , now according to me my 28 days will be completing on 12 feb 2010 , my question is do i need to exclude 1st or last day ?

why taking chances for 2 days. make it till 16 feb. best of luck.

the problem is i have very short time.. my classes are starting from 1st march in LSBF manchester for ACCA , though i have extension letter from college upto 2 weeks but still time is short . that's why i want to apply ASAP.
