Defined Cos for New Entrant

Hi,

Defined Cos for new entrant was granted with Salary of £32000 under SOC Code 5314. Company could not find new Entrant. Can this new Entrant Cos will be assigned to Experienced Skilled Worker with salary of £38900 (Under appendix SW Table 1 of Option A). If it is possible then how? Sponsor Notes after assign or is there another way of doing it?
