DEFINED COS

Hi
i want to get some information about defined COS.


1--We got approval for defined COS.Now we want to issue COS But there is a little bit confusion.

1- SOC Code is in short occupation list .we clicked yes there .is that ok . is that matter YES or NO.

2- we want to issue COS but when we went on sms system to fill the details there is coming resident labour market test and in front of them coming N. As i know uk labour market test is no more needed.please advise.

RLMT is still required for some job roles. If it does not apply in your circumstances hit the NO button.

Shortage occupation roles - click the YES and that is it - obviously the SOC has to be in the list
