Degree certificate lost

I would like to apply for Tier1 but I have lost my Original Degree certificate but I have Duplicate Degree Certificate and Police FIR .
Can I use these as evidance for Qualification?

Don't see a problem - as long as the duplicate certificate is issued by the same body (institution/university) which issued the original.
