Degree Eqiuvalent to Australian qualification

On the outset let me say my thanks for respondents for their time

I plan to apply for ACS - Skill Assesment on my IT Professional

Following are my Qualifications

Master of Business Systems, Monash University, Australia. (2008). [ Completed in Singapore, Part Time, 100% - 3 Years]
Master of Computer Applications, Madras University, India (2000) [ Part Time, 100% ICT contents with 3 semesters of 30 units - 3 years]
Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, Aptech, India (1996) [ Part Time, 100% ICT contents with 4 semesters of 12 units - 1 Year ]
Bachelor of Science (Physics), Madras University, India (1993) [ Full Time, 0% ICT contents - 3 years ]

Got some relatively good trade certs as well.

Years of experience - 12 years of which last 8 years in the same company. I can get a employer reference for SOL-MODL (Oracle and J2EE) with high rating.

Question 1

Now my question is

Since my Bachelor degree is not ICT oriented and my Diploma and Masters are part time, is there any chance of negative skills assement.?
If I fall in Group A or Group B category, should I be filling them as well in skills assessment form?
