Degree level course?

can anyone please tell me what is meant by Degree level course in UK? i am doing ACCA, is this a degree level course or what? it's Level of Qualification is NQF Level 7

I assume degree level means BA, MA, and Phd.

anything equal to or above NQF level 6 is degree level
