Delayed in COS

Hello,New in forum
My employer applied for COS as on 4th of April 2023 but still not received any information.Can any body knows what is time-line for it? It is normal ?

It can take up to 18 weeks

No, My CoS has been revoked due to offer cancelled from employer end.
