The blaringly obvious answer is of course a resounding 'YES!', Denmarks policy on foreigners is in direct breach of several international conventions, as has been pointed out repeatedly by both the European Council's human rights commisioner, as well as the UN High Commitee for Human Rights.

But what can we who live under this tyranny actually DO when our government simply scoff at international and domestic critics? And what are the real chances that the European Union or the UN will propose economic sanctions against a dearly beloved and deeply corrupt regime in the midst of Europe.. (and here I am still refering to Denmark, not Belarus).

The absolute WORST part is that even the opposition in Denmark has overtaken the dearly beloved and xenophobic rhetoric from the Danish (Nazi)People's Party and are talking about the 'economic usefulness' and 'willingness to integrate' of foreigners rather than about their most basic human rights such as that of family or protection from imprisonement when they seek asylum..

Something is still rotten in the state of Denmark..
