Depedants for PEO, HSMP JR

Hi,
I have an appointment in 2 weeks at Croydon PEO for ILR based on HSMP October 2006>Tier-1 Ocober 2008, under JR.
I have two queries.
Do I have to take my depedants along for the appointment. there has been recent confusion here. The email confirmation does not aske me to bring depedants but the online status in the account says number of people attending=3, as I put in details of all when booking appt.
I do not hold a bio-metric visa


the other question was if need to get a statement from the bank to cover the 3 weeks or so between my last bank statement and the appointment date.
