1.sweden national living and work in uk more than 20year,father of 4,I have my own mortgage in uk.i invited my cousin in 2007 on visting visa.i applied for student visa for her in 2008.i paid the school fee here but she was refused and we appeal but the appeal was dismissed.she finally came in to uk in 2009 and her 2year visa expired.she was staying in my house,in 2010 she got pregnant after the baby was born the boyfriend ran away because the baby Heath condition SS.with the situation now.i want to apply for dependant visa for her and the 2yr old boy as my family as Eu family member.
What evidence do you think I need because she living in my house now.
