Dependant's extension outside UK

Hi there,

I will appreciate if someone help me about my queries hereunder;

1- I came to the UK in Dec 2007 with my dependents on HSMP visa and spent whole year before my secondment outside UK. While I was on the UK business visit (without my dependents) I have submitted FLR applications for myself and dependents in the UK through my solicitor in 2009 and got my FLR extension (Tier-1) last November straightaway, but HO refused to extend for my dependents since they were not present in the UK at that time.

Now, I want to submit applications for my dependents extensions outside UK, I want to know that which form should be submitted?

2- I have my newborn Son during the period spent outside UK, which form should be submitted for him?

3- What are the minimum maintenance requirements?

Kindly let me know whether I can furnish Bank Statement from the bank outside UK (country of my secondment) or it is necessary to produce the statement from UK based bank??

I don't think that the bank has to be UK-based.
