Dependant under EU law in UK

Post by jimfix1 » Thu Jul 30, 2009 5:18 pm

:D Hello All, To Whom can provide vital and correct solutions.

I am over stayer in UK with my visa, since 2005 but luckily for me I have a cousin with EU citizenship who accept to help me in order to have solution to my statue.

We applied march 2008 for permit under EU though we received letter of acceptance in Aug 2008 and ever since then no reply from Home office though it a lot frustrating and affecting me mentally and Letter sent by office give permission to work but no employer ready to accept the letter as a prove to work.

Is there anyone out there who is ready to provide any useful info. [/b]
