UK Dependant visa for divorced girl and her daughter

Hi,

Want to enquire about the UK dependant Visa eligibility for a divorced girl and her daughter from first husband. I am getting married to her in March 2014.

She got divorced in 2012 and has a daughter from her first husband. She is 26 years old.

I am in UK on Tier 2 Visa ICT for Long term sponsored by an American MNC (IT).
I came to UK in May 2013.

I want to if there will be any problem for her and her daughter’s dependant visa?
What additional documents UK Border Agency / UK Visa Council might ask for? (She has the divorce documents).

Your wife-to-be will certainly be eligible for a PBS dependant visa but on what basis do you think that her 26 year old adult daughter should also be eligible?
