Dependant Visa For Parents

Hi Guys,

I currently hold Tier 2 visa. Can I apply for the dependant visa of my parents?
My father is a retired person, and there is no one there back home to take care of them.

The UK does not allow chain migration.

Even once you get ILR - Highly unlikely.
