T1(G) dependant visa-handwritten husband's surname on top?

Hi there

received T1(G) dependant visa in India and on top of the vignette, 'Dependant of husband's surname' is written (on the space on passport page). Is it common?

Saw similar post from another member who applied from VFS Chennai I think. I would not say that it is normal though. Send BHC an email and clarify.

i think nowerdays they are writing by hand on top of Tier1 dependant visa as

" Dependant to - XXXXXXXX "

Does Tier 1 Dependant visa page has a section for husband's name?
i dont think so it has?
thats why they are writing at the top.

any one else who has got tier1 dependant visa recently?
please let us know

You just wait for some more time and you will see thumb print on people's visas.
