Dependant visa - PLAB exams

I'm a postgraduate level student and my wife (living with me in UK on dependent visa) is a doctor in the home country.
1. With respect to the visa conditions (No Dentist/Doctor Training) , can she sit for the PLAB exams and apply and obtain the GMC full registration while she is on the dependent visa ?

2. If the point 1 is possible, if she manages to get the GMC full registration, can she legally practice in the UK as a Doctor Or is there a way for her to be legally qualified to be able to practice as a doctor in the UK, while she remains in the UK as the student dependent?

3. When I apply to remain in the UK for another two years under the graduate route, can the GMC fully qualified dependent obtain the dependent visa without the restriction of no doctor/dentist training ?

Any advise is greatly appreciated...

Yes. The restriction for Tier 4 (not Student) dependants is on working as a doctor or dentist in training. Student visa dependants do not have this restriction.

This is a question for whoever would be employing her as a doctor.

There is no such restriction for Graduate dependants nor Student dependants. The work conditions are listed in Appendix Graduate, paragraph GR 16.3:
