dependant visa query-pls. advice!!

Hi,

I am a tier 1 -G visa holder and am getting married next month. I would like to get views regarding dependant visa. My fiance is currently on PSW in the UK for nearly 1.5 years.

1. can my dependant show his bank account or does it have to be mine only
2. Also, I have been in UK since 2008 so the amount I need to show is = 1600+533 right??

Finally, is it true that if I get married in the Anglican Church- COE, I do not require any approval from the HO??
