Dependant Visa

Post by devmanda1ia » Tue Sep 04, 2007 7:07 pm

Hi,

I am on work permit in the UK and I am planning to submit my wife's file for dependant visa.

I plan to put up the following supporting documents and not sure if they will be sufficient:

1. copy of my visa
2. original work permit document
3. last 3 months bank statment (does it have to be last 6 months? or 3 months can be fine)
4. tenency agreement for accomodation proof
5. court marraige certificate

Do I need any other supporting document?

Also, for bank statment, is there any minimum balance requirement? Could I take money on loan to highlight the balance. I am salaried person and don't end up saving great amount of money. Money comes in and goes out by the end of month.

Please advise.

Dev

If your work permit earnings are good enough then having no savings won't matter. No need to take out a loan.

Thanks Victoria,

Could you please take a look at the supporting document list and let me know if they are sufficient?

Also, do we need to submit 6 months bank statements or 3 months can do? I have been saving some money since last 3 months and only three months statement looks considerable. What do you suggest?

If you would like a detailed assessment of the case, please e-mail or PM me.

I would also suggest strongly that you remove your mobile number from your signature!
