Dependant work permit convert to tier 2 work permit

Hi,
My wife has tier 2 work permit
I am holding dependant work permit.
1.Can I seek for job?
if yes.
2. Can I convert my dependant work permit to
employer sponsored Tier 2 work permit.
3. If I get a job and her assignment gets over.
In this scenario am I able to stay back in UK( on dependant work permit status).

2. You may change if you find an employer who agrees to sponsor you but this change (from dependant to main migrant) can only be done from outside the UK.
3. No.

If you wish to change your immigration category from "dependant of Tier 2 migrant" to "Tier 2 migrant", then you need to exit UK and apply for entry clearance as a Tier 2 migrant from outside UK. To make such an application your employer needs to assign you a "restricted" CoS.

This change cannot be done from within the UK.

Yes, if she is currently a Tier 2 (General) migrant.
No, if she is a Tier 2 (ICT) migrant.
