My dependants applied with d old form, what's d implication?

Hi guys, visa expires next week ttuesday.

Sent in application after overcoming the maintenance fund issues on 11th June, didnt realise the form for dependants had changed as we had filled the forms since May

Now, the old form has no place for dependats of tier 1 to tick the amount, and HO has only debited my account for £820 which is the amount for the main applicant even if though i stated on my form and on a covering letter that they could debit £100 for both my dependants.

I got through to HO yesterday and the adviser said i should wait that someone will contact me. I'm thinking of filling out the new form and sending down, cos i dont want to wait and then receive a negative response.

Does anyone know anything about this??? What would you do?????

HO will invalidate the application and send it back asking you to apply again on correct form. It should not deduct money from your bank too.

would that mean that i'ld have to then pay the full amount for both of them?

Tier 1 Visa approved for all three of us. They only deducted £820.

Timeline:
Submitted on June 11th
Got ref No on June 12th
Applied for urgent treatment June 12th
Tier 1 stamped June 22nd
Recorded delivery came 9am June 24th but missed and told to wait for 24 lonnngggg hours
Picked up this morning (june 25th) 8am.

Visa stamped till June 2012
