Dependent Application?

I am not applying for my dependants(wife and two kids under 2y) as we are travelling back and thier return ticket is after few months and I am returning after 3 weeks as I have to comply with my contracts and in the meantime I am going to increase hours for my employee,
Will it create any problems or not?

I am thinking that I will might submit copy of their return ticket in case they question why you did not apply for them at same time.
Why I am not applying because of two reasons.
1-I am going home to get funds so incase if something goes wrong they might not have an appeal right
2-I need to collect a little bit less for the time being.

Please suggest.

@ ishfaqsangra, your question is not straightforward. Do you and your dependants still have existing visa and how long? And when do you plan to submit your application?

We have leave till 23rd March 2014 .
I am planning to apply in Feb 2014 in case something goes wrong so that I can appeal whatsoever.
We will be travelling in 1st week of January 2014 all of us.

I am coming back after 3 weeks but for them I am getting return ticket in July/August hoping a positive decision and they will apply from abroad,
I am getting return ticket only because to show intention of bringing my dependents back,to avoid objection why you did not apply at same time.

@ ishfaqsangra, I don't see any reason why Home Office will complain if your dependant don't apply at the same time with you if they are abroad at the time of your application.

Thanks for your reply,I am getting their return ticket just to be on safe side.

@ ishfaqsangra, its your choice to get the return ticket for your dependant, but that won't have any effect on your own application.

Your dependant visa will definitely be issued if all requirement are met once you get yours as they have been with you before and Home Office cannot separate them from you.

But the most important thing now is for you to focus on your own application as their visa depend on you getting yours.

Make sure you start trading and business activities in your business before submitting your application if possible to improve your chances as trading/business activities will proof your genuineness.
