dependent in UK ,main applicant in overseas

Hi

It is tricky question .I am in UK in IGS and running out in the month of may .

My wife is in India and applying in first week of may .

Now my question is can I apply from here as dependent and request to join my application with my wife's application in India.

any reply or suggestion would be appreciated,its really tricky situation.

A dependent can apply only from Home country.

No

You cannot apply on an overseas application if you are in the UK. It is not allowed.

I thought of not addressing this point further because a Sage has already endorsed what I said.

Had you searched the forum then you had have got the answer your own. Or, had gone through guidelines. Most of the times, suggestion/answer given here are TRUE!, you don't need link or proof.
