Dependent PBS extension if co habitation is elsewhere

Hi,

I have query regarding the PBS dependent visa extension based on co habitation.

My spouse came in after July 2012 rules hence couldn't apply for ILR along with me.
She has to extend her PBS Dependent Visa (I was initially on T2 ICT Long Term Staff and now with ILR 5 yrs route) till 2017 in order to have 5 years of continuous period before applying for ILR.

Currently she is employed and we live together, however she is finding a new job which requires her to stay in another city in UK. For a period of six months we might have to live in different cities.

Will this cause any problems with her visa extension.
