Dependent Phd Scholarship

Hi

Me and my dependent recently obtained the 3 year hsmp extension.

I have called couple of universities for the scholarship however i been advised that she won`t get scholarship on the dependent visa. She have to be a uk/eu permanent resident to get the scholarship.


Can any one help or advise ???
