Dependent setting up business

Hi,

My dependent's visa says " Cannot work as a doctor or dentist in training"
Please advise if he can run a small business like takeaway points/shops, basically can he be self employed?

I could not find any rules specific to this. Please send links if any..

Dependants can only work as part time or full time.

But cann't setup business or be self employed.

can a tier 4 dependant who have full time right of work, establish a business or be selfemployed?
