Dependent - Settlement Visa info required

Hi I recently got married in India 2 months ago. I am currently on ILR. My wife has written her ielts and overall band is 5.5
Is that sufficient enough since new requirements were brought in on Nov 20.

I would like to know how much is the maintenance fund i need to maintain for my wife and for how long.
Also is it the vaf4a and appendix 2 form i should be filling. I read the forms were changing and wasnt sure. i am employed in a permanent position and earn more than 18k. Thanks
