Dependent to student visa migration with in uk

Hi,
Currently I am on PSW visa and my wife on PSW dependent visa.Now she would like to do studies in Accounting is their any way she can migrate to student visa from dependent visa with in the UK with out going back to home country for student visa application.
Please help me on the above topic.

She will have to apply from her home country.
