Dependent Visa Application Form

I'm applying for skilled worker dependent partner extension but my husband already received his ILR and British passport as I joined him later. Could you please advise me on how to fill these questions about my husband in the application form?

Question 1: already have their Skilled worker visa? yes or no
Question 2: UAN?
Question 3: COS number?
Question 4: COS start and end date?
