Dependent visa bank statements query

Hi,

My hubby has submitted the application today at VFS. There is an issue with maintenence fund itseems. My bank statement for september month was missing. So we decided to apply with his bank statement. On september month has has totally 7 transactions. But on sixth transaction the account was 478 pounds, but the seventh transaction i.e end of the day his balance was 400 GBP. In the VFS its been spotted and the agent has noted on the application. My question here is do we have any documented evidence for maintenance fund like its been based on transaction of end of each day. Could you please guide me?

Its quite urgent!!!!

I am sorry the balance on end of the day is 4000 GBP. Typing mistake..

Could any of one please suggest your views.
