Dependent Visa from Switzerland for the baby

Hi,

My wife is a Tier 1 work permit holder with active employement in UK and is currently pregnant.We are both Indian citizens.

I have to move to Switzerland on a job offer. I would like to get a dependent residence permit for my wife in Switzerland and my wife would deliver the baby while she is in Switzerland. During this time she would be on pregnancy leave from her employer in the UK for a period of 4.5 months.

After baby's birth, we plan to apply for a Tier 1 dependent visa for the baby from Switzerland. My wife would be back in the UK along with the baby after 4.5 months(assuming that supporting infrastructure is present at home).

If anyone has experience similar situations, please let me know if the above plan is feasible in terms of visa applicability.
