Dependent Visa with Daughter without Tenancy Agreement Exper

I'm confused , because every one on this forum is saying about Tenancy agreement (This is good to have but not mandatory as per my understanding).
Is there any one who apply for recently without Tenancy Agreement for there Dependent ?

I'm Going to apply for my wife and daughter , should any one share his/her Experience without tenancy agreement please?
