Dependent work Status please....

Hi I have applied my tier1 Ent visa (200k Cat) in Aug 13 and refused with right of appeal. Reason for refusal third party bank letter. I have applied for oral hearing which is in Aug 14. My previous status was tier2 which was expired in Aug13. Currently I am not allowed to work anyway . What about my dependent work situation . Please any advice.......is she allowed to work ...?????
