dependents aged 18.

Hi,
My wife has 2 children from a previous relationship that live in the philippines. Having tried once before and failing on the old system, they have since been here multiple times on visitor visas. would it be possible to bring the 18 year here on the new rule? and what do the rule say for children under the age of 18?

'Fraid not, UK considers over 18's to be leading independent lives. If she has sole custody of the under 18 no problems there.
