Depentant for Domestic worker in household visa

Dear friends

Any one can advice me , iam in uk visa holder as a domestic worker in in private household , i suppose to bring my wife and children , i need to get the advice when she reach here , she can work or not ? then when i applying the visa can i show some one offer for her job after she come here \


Please if you know any one please advice me

Spouses/civil partners and dependant children

Prior entry clearance is mandatory.

The entry clearance requirements for spouses/civil partners and dependant children of persons in this category are the same as those for Teachers and Language Assistants - see "Teachers and language assistants".

and Domestic workers in private households (159A-159H) and Spouses or civil partners of persons who have or have had leave to enter or remain under paragraphs 128-193 (but not paragraphs 135I-135K) (194-196).

I believe that the domestic's spouse may work if the domestic's employer is not a visitor.

a) If employer a visitor -
(Code 3) for same time No work or recourse to public funds

b) If employer not a visitor No recourse to public funds (Code 1)
