Depnendent visa cancellation

Post by sri0407 » Mon Jul 04, 2011 10:05 pm

I am here on Tier-2. I got married when here and got my husband's visa done.

After marriage and coming here, he began using abusive language and man handling. Looks like his intentions for marriage were - Money & being at London.

We went to India to sort out things and I didnt book his return ticket but now he is trying to come back on his own. Anyway to stop it?

You can tell the UKBA that your marriage has broken down but you yourself cannot prevent him coming back to the UK.The UKBA will not tell you anything

PBS migrants need to use the Migrant change of circumstances form to inform UKBA of such changes in circumstances.
