On Deputation during earnings claim period

Guys,
I am claiming the previous earnings for the period of Jan 2007 to Dec 2007.But from Jan 2007 to Jul 2007 was deputated to UK from my employer, during that period i was getting the UK allowance and indian salary.I am only claiming the indian salary for HSMP.
Can you please clarify will it affect my HSMP approval or EC?
