But my Tax is paid to UK and also UK will be receiving the project cost from that country!. In that case also do you feel tht it is benefitting other country?Square wrote:k_baskaran70
This seems to imply that your high skills will benefit another economy and not the UK (of course ignoring the residency of the employer)!
Kaya, any thoughts on this?
The HSMP scheme requires you to make the UK your main home - do you recall signing your consent/ agreement to this? Whilst there are allowances for absences from the UK due to employment by a British company those you describe are excessive (you are only in the UK for 60/365 days = 16.4% of the year) despite payment of UK taxes and you will not get a renewal - case law will see off any appeals. In such circumstances it is better to re-apply for the scheme when you are ready to make the UK your home.HI all,
Is it possible under HSMP to work for UK employer, salary paid in the Uk but deputed to other countries and allowed to visit UK once in a 3 months for 15 days.
Can any one thorogh some light on it...
Regards

Kaya ,Kayalami wrote:Why is the employer not giving you the said employment in the UK? The scenario you describe is one which to all intents and purposes seems as if you work overseas and are deputed to the UK!!
