Desperate for help..

Post by smiles345 » Mon Jun 23, 2008 7:54 pm

one of my friend's wife is a work as a physiotherpaist in the NHS for the last 4 years , [due to get ILR in April-2009]recently, she was asked to update knowledge in swimming where she need to learn diving etc.. with Kids. they [NHS] said if she dont learn that she can go in month time. now a care home group offered her workpermit.

is it possible for them to give a change of employment? providing that physiotherpaist is not in the shortage occupation list.

also, can the NHS behave like that with the employees working over 4 years? or do u think they did unfairly?

what are the chances in care home for a physiotherapist? pls reply

See also Change of employment. However, learning diving may be more fun.
